Unarchive a Staff Member

In this article, learn how to unarchive a staff member.

Overview

When you unarchive a staff member, they will be able to login to their account with their old credentials or request a password reset, and pick up where they left off. 

Step-By-Step Guide:

  • Log in to your account and hover over the navigation bar on the left, click Contacts > Archived Staff tab
  • Click the three dots to the right side of the staff member's name

  • Click Unarchive

  • Click Yes

  • Unarchived Staff members will be moved to the Staff tab so that you can update their information 
    • Note - Unarchived staff will need to be re-added to any events that they should be assigned to but their payroll, availability, and password will be reinstated
