Editing/Removing Membership Cancellation

In this article, learn how to edit or remove a pending cancellation date on a membership.

If a membership is set to cancel on a date in the future (either at end of billing period or on a future date) admins are able to edit or remove the cancellation date by following the steps outlined below.

Editing Pending Cancellation Dates

  • Navigate to the member's Client Profile Page
  • Inside the membership card, next to the Expires On date, click on the pencil icon
  • Input the new date and confirm the cancellation reason by clicking Confirm to update the membership cancellation date

Removing Pending Cancellation Dates

  • Navigate to the member's Client Profile Page
  • Inside the membership card, click the three dot menu in the top right of the card
  • Select Remove Cancellation
  • Click Confirm
