If you have any questions or technical issues while using Upper Hand, there are different support channels available depending on the day and time.
If you're having trouble logging into your Upper Hand account, you can try these troubleshooting steps.
To Access Help from the App:
Navigate to the navigation panel on the left side, and under "Help" there will be access to Support and the Privacy Policy. "Help" will take you to the Upper Hand Help Desk.

Email Support
If you need further assistance from our Support team you can submit a ticket or email support@getupperhand.com. You should receive a reply within 1-2 business days. A general guideline to help speed the support process up is to include in the email a detailed description of what you would like help with.
Chat Support
If you need more immediate assistance from our Support team you can access our Chat Support during normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm EST, excluding holidays). You can access Chat Support in the bottom right hand corner of the Help Center. Upper Hand University (UHU) is our online education platform for all things Upper Hand software. Modeled after a typical university classroom format, Upper Hand University presents you with the opportunity to take learning into your own hands. Courses are full of valuable information, tips & tricks, and helpful best practices to ensure you are utilizing the software most effectively for your business.
Upper Hand University is currently designed for training Admin users. Your Upper Hand login credentials will not automatically give you access to Upper Hand University as it is a separate platform.
