If you're having trouble logging into your Upper Hand account, you can try these troubleshooting steps.

If you need further assistance from our Support team you can submit a ticket or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You should receive a reply within 1-2 business days. A general guideline to help speed the support process up is to include in the email a detailed description of what you would like help with.
If you need more immediate assistance from our Support team you can access our Chat Support during normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm EST, excluding holidays). You can access Chat Support in the bottom right hand corner of the Help Center. Education meetings with a member of our UP Education team are reserved for Admins who purchased additional training when they signed up for Upper Hand. You are able to book as many meetings as necessary within the first 30 days of creating your account and can select between either a 15 or 30 minute meeting time slots.
