In account settings, client/instructor/staff/manager/admin are able to sync their Upper Hand. schedule to their external calendar
Sync Upper Hand Calendar Step by Step Guide
Desktop
- In your Upper Hand account click your initial in the right hand corner
- Select Account Settings
- Select Notifications
- Select the icon of which calendar you want to sync to
- Follow the instructions
Mobile
- In your Upper Hand account click the hamburger menu in the left hand corner
- Select your name
- Select Settings
- Select the message icon
- Select the icon of which calendar you want to sync to
- Follow the instructions
Important to note
- The sync will show 3 months in the future and 1 week in the past
- This is not a business calendar, it is a personal calendar so you will only see your sessions on the calendar

1. Login to your account
2. Select your initial in the right hand corner
3. Select Account Settings

5. Select the calendar you want to sync and follow the instructions
