Admins can request to cancel their Upper Hand subscription. If you have multiple subscriptions, you'll need to cancel each one individually to fully cancel your account.
You can request to cancel your subscription at any time but must provide written notice to Upper Hand with no less than one (1) month's notice. Please note, if you cancel a subscription prior to the end of your commitment length in your contract, you will continue to be charged for the duration of the commitment length.
If you decide to cancel your account, it's recommended that you review our recommended checklist of to-dos items before losing access to your account.
To cancel your subscription:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- You will receive an email confirming when your contract expires
