How to Join a Waitlist
- When booking a class, if the class is full and waitlist is available you will see a blue Join Waitlist button
- Select +Join Waitlist
- When joining a waitlist, a credit will be reserved from your account, if you do not get into the class you will receive the credit back
How to View your Waitlists
- Login to your Upper Hand account
- On your profile navigate to the Waitlist tab
- To remove yourself from the waitlist select the X next to your name
Accepting Invite for Class
- When a spot opens up, you will receive an email and/or text to join the class
- Click on the button/link in the email or text and select Accept or Decline
- Note the expiration at the bottom of the invite to know how long you have to join
