If you have a client that has enrolled in a payment plan but would like to make an early payment on their balance, follow the steps outlined below to complete the transaction.
Pay Down Payment Plan Balance Early
- First, navigate to the Event Admin View of the event the attendee is enrolled in by clicking the title of the event on your Manage Events list or click on Teams and the name of the Team if they are registered with a Team
- Click the Payment Plans tab
- Click the line item of the buyer you need to make an early payment for to pull up their Payment Plan drawer on the right hand side
- Click the three dot menu on the top right hand side and select Pay Balance
- Enter the amount you would like to pay and select the Payment Method
- Click Purchase to complete the transaction
Note: If you pay a partial amount before the scheduled payment date, the amount paid will be applied to the upcoming payment
