In this article, learn how to transfer a client from one event to another.

If a client is registered for the wrong event and you need to transfer them to another event follow the steps below to get them registered for the correct event.
Transfer client from one event to another
- First you will need to remove the client from the wrong event
- If you need to issue them a refund, go to the Payments tab inside the Event Admin View, find their payment from their registration and refund their order
- Then you will need to re-register them for the correct event using Point of Sale.
- If you didn't refund their original order, you will need to add a manual discount at checkout for the original order amount to ensure they are not charged again
