Add a Lead

You are able to add clients as a lead to your contacts list enabling you to target them to purchase products without them receiving an invite to create an account.

Add a Lead

  • Click on Contacts from the left navigation panel
  • Under the Clients tab, click the black plus sign
  • Select the Lead toggle, enter the first name, last name & email
    • Note: the client will not receive an email to create an account

  • They will exist in your Contacts list under the "Lead" account type
  • Leads can be sent marketing emails and will become an active Client once they have created an account

Things to note:

  • A contact can be a lead at Customer A and a client at Customer B - if they want to become a client at Customer A, they will be prompted to just use their same username/password they have for Customer B
