Below are a few best practices we recommend Admins maintain when overseeing their account on a daily basis.

Keep your Announcement updated

If you aren't aware, the Announcement you input on your dashboard pops up every time a client of yours logs into their account. So make sure you are keeping it updated with relevant and timely information or don't include one at all if you don't have anything to notify your clients of at the moment.

Clean up your Events Page

If you have Events on your Events page that have passed or no longer offered, make sure you take action on those events so your events page stays up-to-date and relevant. It will make you and your clients' views of what's currently available to purchase a much better user experience.
