Waitlist Overview
With this feature, you can enable collecting a waitlist for each of your classes when it has reached its max capacity.
There are two types of waitlist behavior Manual Registration and Invite Based Registration
- Manual Registration
- When selected, your clients will be able to join the waitlist for a session and when a spot opens up you will be able to manually add them to the class from the waitlist
- Invite Based Registration
- When selected, your clients will be able to join the waitlist for a session and when a spot opens up, they will receive an email invite to claim their spot in the class.
Enabling Waitlist
When creating a schedule, you will see the option to enable waitlist. When enabled, your clients will be able to join the waitlist for a session if it is sold out.
Waitlist Roster
From this view you will be able to see everyone who has join the waitlist, the date/time they joined, and the invite status
Waitlist Session Summary Drawer
From the session summary drawer, you will be able to see who is on the waitlist, what date & time they joined, add them to the class or remove them from the waitlist
Important to Note
- When a client joins the waitlist, it will put one of their credits on "hold", if they do not get into the class, they will get that credit back.
