If you need to change a member's charge date on a membership, you can do so by accessing the client's profile page and following the steps below.

Some notes:

• The selected new charge date will become the new billing cycle for the membership
• If it is a credit based membership, credit grants will be based off of the new charge date
• If grant ahead is enabled, the credit grants won't update until the next charge date is reached
