Email Template: How to Opt Into Text Reminders
- We are excited to offer the option for you to receive messages from [Business Name] via text! In order to receive these messages, you will need to opt-in to receiving Text messages from our business. Here are the steps you need to take to receive appointment reminders via text.
- Login to your Upper Hand account
- Click your initials in the right hand corner
- Select Account Settings
- Select Notifications
- Enable Text Reminders
