Membership Tiers - Adding a Tier

In this article, learn how to add a tier to your membership when using Tiered Pricing.

Adding Membership Tiers is a great way to consolidate your membership offerings and provide a seamless selection process for your clients. Follow the steps outlined below, to add a tier to your memberships.

  • To enable Tiered Membership pricing, make sure to click the Tiered Pricing box located on the Pricing row of the membership build page
  • Once enabled, click on + Add Tier

  • From here, just fill in the appropriate information and benefits of that tier and click Save Tier at the bottom before proceeding

  • After saving, you will see the tier information and benefits listed on the tier card
  • To add another tier, click on + Add Tier again and follow the same steps until all tiers have been created
    • Note: You can save time by clicking the three dot menu on a tier card and clicking Clone to copy over the same benefits to the next tier
  • The three dot menu on a tier card will allow you to Edit a tier's offerings, set a specific tier as Best Value to display first for clients, Clone a tier and Delete a tier.
    • Note: In order to delete a tier, there can't be any clients enrolled in that specific tier

Hiding Membership Tiers: How-to 
If you create a membership tier that you no longer want to sell or will only sell in-store you can hide that tier either in POS or in client checkout. 

  • Navigate to the Membership Page and use the 3 dot menu>Edit on the tiered membership you want to update
  • Click the 3 dots on the membership tier you'd like to edit

  • Under pricing you'll see the options to Hide in POS and Hide in Client Checkout 
    • Hide in POS: Tier will not populate in-store for admins to select when viewing the membership in point of sale 
    • Hide in client checkout: Tier will not populate on client facing membership landing page and will not populate to purchase when viewing the membership purchase drawer as a client 

Editing Tier>View Hide Options

  • Check one or both options and click Update Tier  
  • Once you update the tier you will receive a success message and the page will refresh back to view all saved membership tiers 

Tier Save+ Tool Tip for Hide in Client Checkout

  • The tier that you edited will show the corresponding icon for the selection you made 
    • Cart icon - Hidden in client checkout 
    • Eye icon - Hidden in POS 

 

Things to Note:  

  • When a membership tier is hidden in POS it will not be available to select for upgrade/downgrade 
  • When a membership tier is hidden in client checkout it will not be available in the client membership management modal
