Why are my sessions not showing up?

There could be a number of reasons why your opening booking sessions are not populating on the calendar. Below we will try to highlight some of the common things to check for troubleshooting purposes:

  • Open Booking sessions do not populate on the calendar until a session is booked
  • Confirm that the Schedule was set up properly
    • Often times we see a small mistake can cause no sessions to appear, like accidentally setting the sessions to start at 3am instead of 3pm
    • Double check that your Session Duration fits into your Daily Time slots. Ex. Setting the Session Duration for 60 minutes but the Daily Time is listed as 3:15-4:00pm.
