In Point of Sale (POS) you are now able to favorite products (any event, class, team, membership, credit pass, or retail item) so they appear at the top of your product list.
You may want to favorite the most purchased events or retail items to reduce search time and make check out quicker for clients and staff.
POS Favorites
- After logging in to your account, you will see a green plus sign in the upper right hand corner of the page next to your profile picture or initials.
- When you click on the green plus sign, a drop down menu will appear. Click on Point of Sale.
- Once the POS drawer is open you will see a grey heart icon next to every event, class, team, membership, credit pass, and retail item
- To add a product to your Favorites list click the heart icon on a product and it will appear at the top of your item list under the heading Favorites with the heart icon now filled in.
- To remove a product from your Favorites list simply click the heart icon on that item and it will return to its default place in POS
