When you create your Upper Hand account you will see a red banner stating "Payments Cannot Be Accepted Until Completing Application". By selecting "Complete Account" you will be brought to step 1 of the application. Creating a merchant account is very similar to creating any other financial business account. When creating this account, Upper Hand is required to provide our underwriters identifying information to ensure that you are who you say you are, and that your business is in good standing. Without the information required throughout this application process, we will be unable to approve your account. To avoid delays in the account approval process, it is pertinent that all information is accurate.
