Update your payment method

Note: If you are looking to update a client's payment method within your Upper Hand account, you can do so via the Client Profile Page.

If you are an Admin, you can pay your past due Upper Hand subscription from within Upper Hand.

If you have a subscription that is past due, you'll see a past due notification at the top of your Billing Portal.

To pay a past due Upper Hand subscription:

  • Log in to your Upper Hand account, click the Settings (gear icon) in the navigation bar on the left hand side, then click the Billing tab.
  • Click Edit to access the Billing Portal.
  • Click Update Payment Method to enter in updated card information
  • Click Save
