# Create your Credit Passes
## An overview of Upper Hand's Credit Pass feature. Learn how to offer valuable credit packages for your clients.

Improve the value for your clients by implementing Credit Passes at your business in Upper Hand. Depending on your business, you can customize your Credit Pass offerings to fit your preferences, including:
- Setting Usage Limits
- Setting Expiration Dates
- Offering session credits for multiple open booking and class events
Using a feature like Credit Passes helps introduce automation into your business, greatly reducing and sometimes entirely eliminating a manual and time consuming process. It also minimizes confusion between you and your clients regarding how many credits are remaining and when they expire.
Below is an overview of actions that will get you started with Upper Hand's Credit Pass feature. Within each section, you'll find links to detailed instructions for each action. **Create a Credit Pass**
Your Credit Passes will exist under **Credit Passes** (ticket icon with a P) inside the navigation bar on the left hand side.
