Why am I unable to add product to cart?

There could be a few different reasons why a product is not able to be added to the cart. We recommend reaching out to our Support team to investigate and assist you further.

Am I able to customize the order of my item list in Point of Sale?

Yes, you can customize your item list by favoriting items in POS so that they appear first.

However, outside of setting those favorite items you are not able to customize the order of the item list in Point of Sale. For reference, POS is listed by product type in this order: Memberships (1st), Credit Passes (2nd), Events (3rd), Retail (4th). We recommend using the search bar if you have a lot of items listed in Point of Sale to speed up the process of selecting the correct item.
