Classes allow you to create an event and add different schedules on the go. This means you can create multiple schedules for different staff members and resources, all without having to create different events!

Below is an overview of the Class feature that will get you started with Upper Hand's Classes. Within each section, you'll find links to detailed instructions for each element. Before getting started, make sure you're logged in to your account.

Create a Class

Before diving into the nitty gritty details of the Class, make sure you have a good understanding of what name or title you want to give the Class, what event type you want the class to be categorized as and if you have any additional marketing materials to add to the class (like a description or image). A successful Class event set-up should make it easy for the client to understand what they are signing up for. Upper Hand's Classes allow you to mix and match staff members to different schedules and sessions within a single Class event so make sure you have at least an idea going into it which staff member(s) will be in charge of leading each session.

Making Changes to a Class

Let's say you input the wrong information or no longer want to host a Class time, no worries, you have the ability to make specific and mass changes inside the Classes feature.

Understanding your Classes

Once you have Classes created and clients can start signing up for them, you will want to monitor how they are performing, send out messages to participants, and capture attendance information.
